You're doing the work.

You're not getting the return.

Identify exactly what is limiting your energy, recovery, and performance with the Day One Performance Playbook, your structured path forward.

Precision begins before the first step.

Most coaching builds on whatever foundation is already there, regardless of its integrity. At Day One Health, we refuse to build on a fracture. We start with the invisible essentials: biological sleep patterns, nervous system regulation, and a rigorous, data-driven baseline.

We don’t just design a plan. We prepare the system to sustain it.

Most high performers are doing a lot for their health.

Training regularly. Watching the diet. Getting to bed at a reasonable hour. Trying all the latest protocols.

Yet the energy still dips without warning. Sleep is never quite restorative and training feels inconsistent. The return simply doesn't match the effort.

“I know what to do. I’m just not seeing it work.”

This is not a motivation problem. It's not a willpower problem. It's a sequencing problem.

Why Day One Health is Different?

Most coaching is an exercise in adding weight to a fractured foundation. They provide the plan, the macros, and the schedule while ignoring whether your system is actually capable of absorbing the change.

At Day One, we refuse to build on top of stress. Training a dysregulated nervous system does not create high performance; instead, it creates chronic depletion. We have inverted the traditional model to prioritise Biological Readiness.

The Prerequisite: We begin with nervous system regulation and sleep architecture. These are not add-ons but the core requirements for any strategy to land.

The Sequence: We move beyond simple phases. We establish the baseline that makes nutrition, training, and habit change permanent rather than performative.

The Result: A system that does not just try to change, but is physically prepared to evolve.

METHODOLOGY PROVENANCE

Built within Saint Haven and elite sport. This is not a certification but a system stress-tested in environments where failure was not an option.

THE SEQUENCING PRINCIPLE

Sleep and nervous system regulation come first and always before the plan. This is the step most coaches skip, and it is the reason most plans do not hold.

CROSS-SECTOR PATTERN RECOGNITION

Applying this across institutions, sports, and individual clients ensures the framework holds in real life rather than just in ideal conditions.

ONE CLIENT. FULL ATTENTION.

Day One is strictly one-to-one. We do not offer group programs or scaled services. Every plan is built from scratch and adjusted in real time for one person.

Your starting point. Built specifically for you.

The Performance Playbook is a short, structured assessment that builds a clear picture of your current health and performance while identifying exactly what needs to change.

It takes four minutes and is the first step in every Day One client relationship.

After completing the Playbook, you will be directed to book your Performance Playbook Review. This is a 40-minute one-to-one call to walk through your results and map out your path forward.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No guessworks.

“By the end of this session, you’ll understand exactly what’s limiting your performance — and what needs to change.”

Your engagement begins with a deep-dive strategy call designed to move you from effort to impact.

A high-leverage diagnostic to audit your current trajectory.

Following the session, you will receive your Personalised Performance Snapshot: a bespoke brief outlining your identified limitations and immediate strategic priorities.

Systemic Clarity:

A precise diagnostic of why your current efforts haven't yielded the expected return.

The Reframe:

A shift in perspective—viewing your health as an integrated system rather than a list of symptoms.

Priority Architecture:

Identification of the highest-leverage biological changes to implement first.

Strategic Confidence:

A structured, logical path forward that integrates seamlessly with a high-performance schedule.

Is Day One Your Next Step?

We work best with those who value precision over speed and systems over shortcuts.

This is for you if:

The Professional High-Performer: You are an executive or established professional (30s–50s) who demands the same ROI from your health as you do from your career.

The Sustained Searcher: You have navigated protocols and programs before, but found they lacked the foundational integrity to "stick."

The Long-Term Architect: You are ready to invest time and focus into a system that matures over time, rather than a 30-day "sprint."

This is not for you if:

You are seeking self-directed or low-friction resources.

You are unable to protect 15–30 minutes daily for foundational implementation.

You prefer a generic, templated plan over a bespoke biological strategy.

The Origin of the System

I start where most are afraid to: The Foundation.

While most coaches start with a plan, my work begins with a question most never think to ask. What does this system actually need before we build?

This philosophy was forged at Saint Haven, one of Australia’s first private social wellness clubs. I did not just follow a framework there; I helped engineer one for a membership that demanded absolute optimisation long before the term became a trend.

My methodology evolved further while rebuilding Olympians and World Champions after injury and navigating high-pressure corporate environments where recovery is an afterthought. Whether on the field or in the boardroom, the lesson remained the same. Failure is not a lack of effort but a lack of a biological playbook.

I am here to provide the architecture for your performance to finally stick.

The Integrity of the System.

Evidence from those who stopped searching for a quick fix and started building a foundation.

Ready to establish your foundation?

Stop building on top of stress.

Start where it actually matters.

Complete your Performance Playbook. Secure your strategy call. Walk away with the architecture for a system that lasts.
